ArthoKhata Privacy Policy

ArthoKhata is an offline inventory application developed by Plenixar. It is designed to keep the information you enter on your own device.

Information stored by the app

ArthoKhata stores the following information locally on the user's device:

• Store name and interface preferences
• Product names, SKUs, categories, units, quantities and prices
• Low-stock levels and stock-adjustment notes
• Local timestamps used for stock and sales history

This information is used only to provide the inventory features selected by the user.

Collection and sharing

Plenixar does not receive, collect, sell or share personal or business information entered into ArthoKhata. The app has no user accounts, cloud synchronization, advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs. It does not request sensitive Android permissions.

User-initiated backups

When a user chooses Create backup, ArthoKhata opens the device's share interface with a JSON copy of the user's inventory. The user decides whether and where to send that copy. ArthoKhata does not select a destination or transmit a backup automatically. The privacy terms of any destination selected by the user apply to that copy.

Data retention and deletion

Inventory data remains on the user's device until the user clears it or uninstalls the app. The Clear inventory action removes all products and stock history while retaining interface preferences. Uninstalling the app normally removes all locally stored ArthoKhata data.

Because ArthoKhata has no server, Plenixar cannot access, recover or remotely delete inventory stored on a device.

Security

ArthoKhata requests no sensitive Android permissions and does not transmit inventory to Plenixar. Users should protect access to their device and store exported backups only in locations they trust.

Children

ArthoKhata is a general business utility and is not directed to children. Plenixar does not knowingly collect information from children through the app.

Changes to this policy

This policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration will be updated if ArthoKhata's data practices change.
